NEED TO CANCEL?

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee will apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Fees are subject to change per stylist.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

We will only be able to grant your booked services within the first fifteen minutes of being late. After the fifteen minute window we will need to reschedule you and you will be subject to a fee.

Should you not show to your appointment, a fee will apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Should there be 2 no shows, your stylist is permitted to not accept your appointment request in the future. Our time is very valuable to us and our guests and we thank you for your cooperation.

RE-DOS &
RETAIL REFUND

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit via phone call or email. We will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Both cash and salon retail exchange are acceptable for your choosing.
